#This invention relates to a kind of tool for binding by hand, specifically to a frame which belongs to the main part of the gradually released tension machine. #The object of the invention is to provide a frame of gradually released tension machine with reasonable and perfect design. Setting it on the gradually released tension machine, the machine have common function as well as slowly released function, and the released effect is much better, which can guarantee safety and reliable for discharging and using.

#Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3e, the frame 8 whose middle section is U-shaped and both ends are open without bottom. There are a big through hole, a small through hole and a strip-shaped slideway on both sides. At the edge of the head of one open end, there is a loosening slot 1, and a releasing slot 3 is beside it, as well as there are a through hole 6 and an arc fixing slot 2 under it. Corresponding to the loosening slot 1, there is a locking slot 7.
