• R6 is selected from the group consisting of aryl, substituted aryl, and heterocyclo;
• R7 and R8 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, and cyano;
• R9 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxy, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkoxy, substituted alkoxy, substituted aryl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclo, R12C═O, R13OC═O, R14SO2, R15R16NC═O, R17R18NSO2, and NR19R20;
• R10 and R11 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkoxy, substituted alkoxy, aryl, substituted aryl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclo, R21C═O, R22OC═O, R23NHC═O, and NR24R25;
• and
• R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, R22, R23, R24, and R25 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, and heterocyclo with the proviso that R13 and R14 cannot be hydrogen;
• R15 and R16, R17 and R18, R19 and R20, R24 and R25 can each independently be taken together to form a heterocyclic ring;
• and
