Vitamin formulation for enhancing bone strength

A method for dietary calcium supplementation, said method comprising the steps of:

• providing a pharmaceutically acceptable composition including calcium citrate;
• and
• supplementing a daily dietary regimen of a subject with:
• a) calcium citrate comprising from approximately 10% to approximately 200% of the daily value requirement for calcium citrate;
• b) from approximately 12% to approximately 240% of the daily value requirement for magnesium;
• c) from approximately 10% to approximately 200% of the daily value requirement for Vitamin D3;
• and
• d) from approximately 5% to approximately 100% of the daily value requirement for Phosphorous,
• wherein the daily value is based on a 2,000 calorie diet.

A multi-vitamin supplement for enhanced calcium absorption, said supplement comprising:

• a) calcium citrate comprising from approximately 100 mg calcium to approximately 2000 mg calcium;
• b) from approximately 50 mg magnesium to approximately 1000 mg magnesium;
• c) from approximately 50 mg to approximately 1000 mg of phosphorous;
• d) from approximately 40 IU to approximately 800 IU of Vitamin D3;
• and
• e) from approximately 0.3 mg to approximately 6 mg of boron.

A multi-vitamin supplement for enhanced calcium absorption, said supplement comprising:

• a) calcium citrate comprising from approximately 10% to approximately 200% of the daily value requirement for calcium citrate;
• b) from approximately 12% to approximately 240% of the daily value requirement for magnesium;
• c) from approximately 10% to approximately 200% of the daily value requirement for Vitamin D3;
• and
• d) from approximately 5% to approximately 100% of the daily value requirement for Phosphorous,
• wherein the daily value is based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
