Bis(4-mercaptophenyl)sulfide derivatives, process for the preparation thereof and electronic components

A method for producing a bis(4-mercaptophenyl) sulfide derivative comprising:

• reacting bis(4-mercaptophenyl) sulfide represented by chemical formula 2 with ω-haloalkyl alcohol having not more than 4 carbon atoms, thereby producing an organic compound represented by general formula 3, and
• reacting alkyl ester acrylate or alkyl ester methacrylate with the organic compound represented by general formula 3, thereby producing a bis(4-mercaptophenyl) sulfide derivative of general formula 1
