Abstract
Washing agent dispenser for a household washing machine, namely a dishwasher, which dispenser has a body (2) delimiting at least a recess (3) for containing a certain amount of washing agent, comprising occlusion means (4, 5) for said recess (3). According to the invention, said occlusion means (4, 5) are capable of taking at least two different operating conditions for a partial opening of said recess (3), one for loading said amount of washing agent, the other for its subsequent dispensing.
Claims50
A washing agent dispenser device for a household washing machine, namely a dishwasher, said dispenser having a body (2) delimiting at least a recess (3) for containing a certain amount of washing agent for a wash cycle realisation, and comprising occlusion means (4′, 5′) of said recess (3), where loading said amount of washing agent in said recess (3) is performed manually and dispensing of the washing agent occurs at least partially by gravity, said occlusion means (4′, 5′) comprising:
- at least a first cover (5′), that is capable of taking at least a closed position and a first operating condition for at least a partial opening of said recess (3), the latter to ensure loading of said amount of washing agent from the upper side into it,
- at least a second cover (4′), that is capable of taking at least a closed position and an operating condition to ensure discharging of said amount of washing agent from the recess (3) outwardly,
- characterized in that said first cover (5′) is hinged in its lower section to said body (2).
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that said sealing means (4H′, 5E′) are partially coupled to said first cover (5′) and to said second cover (4′).
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said first cover (5′) has housing means (4G1) for at least a portion of a sealing gasket (4H′).
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said second cover (4′) has housing means (5D1) for at least a portion of a sealing gasket (5E′).
A device, according to one o more of the previous claim, characterized in that means are provided to convey said amount of washing agent towards the inside of said recess, when said first cover is in its respective operating condition.
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that said conveying means comprise at least an inclined surface in the section of said first cover facing said recess.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said inclined surface and/or said walls are integral part of said first cover.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said inclined surface and/or said walls are part of a component associated to said first cover.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said first engaging means are actuated manually.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said first engaging means are associated to said second cover (4′).
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said first engaging means are associated to said first cover (5′).
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said gasket (4H′, 5E′) is substantially “U” shaped.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said single gasket has substantially the form of a membrane.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said housing means comprise at least a seat (4G1, 5D1), which is at least partially delimited by two parallel walls.
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that on the upper edge of at least one of said walls are delimited retaining means (4G′, 5D′) for said gasket (4H′, 5E′).
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said first cover (5′) is reacted by an elastic element or spring.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that said second cover (4′) is reacted by an elastic element or spring.
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that it provides actuating means of said second engaging means, which are controlled by the control system of the washing machine on which the device (1) is assembled.
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that said actuating means comprise an actuator, namely a thermal or thermoelectric actuator (10) type.
A device, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that two or more of said first covers (5′) and/or said second covers (4′) are provided.
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that said recess (3) is divided at least in two separate compartments.
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that said separating means (3B) are in contact with sealing means (5B′, 4H′) of said first cover (5′) and second cover (4′) when said covers (5′, 4′) are in closed position.
A device, according to the previous claim, characterized in that said engaging means are fixed next to opposite ends of said body (2).
