A rotation axis of a work spindle and a rotation axis of a spindle primary-axis portion are rotated relative to each other and feeding of a work-piece to a tool is accordingly adjusted, whereby warpage of the tool in accordance with a change in machining condition is corrected. A revolution volume of the relative rotation is compared and calculated in process based on data entered in advance, a result of measurement by a displacement sensor and information such as a machining position, and controlled in real time until the end of machining. The relative rotation is driven by an actuator such as a piezoelectric element, at a resolution even as fine as in seconds. The data entered in advance can be sequentially updated in accordance with monitoring of a processed product.
A machining system machining a work-piece by means of relative movement between a held work-piece and a tool held by a spindle primary-axis portion at a position faced with said work-piece to rotate in a predetermined manner, characterized in that:
A machining system machining a scroll blade by means of relative movement between a work-piece held by a work spindle to rotate in a predetermined manner and at least one tool held by at least one spindle primary-axis portion at a position faced with said work-piece to rotate in a predetermined manner, characterized in that:
A machining system performing internal grinding on an internal surface of a cylindrical work-piece held by a work spindle to rotate in a predetermined manner, using a grinding tool held by a spindle primary-axis portion at a position faced with said work-piece to rotate in a predetermined manner, by means of traversing in the direction of a Z-axis, an axis of a cylinder of said work-piece, and by means of feeding in the direction of an X-axis perpendicular to said Z-axis and in the radius direction of said cylinder, characterized in that:
