Abstract
The present invention provides substantially pure cilostazol. The present invention also provides cilostazol particles that have reduced particle size.

Cilostazol in a purity equal to or in excess of 99.6%.
Cilostazol in powder form and having a particle size distribution in which d(0.9) is equal to or less than about sixty microns.
