An oral biological preparation for specific delivery in colon, which comprises a drug selected from protein or polypeptide drug, an absorption promoter, a stabilizer, and a specific capsule shell, wherein the specific capsule shell contains metal salt of pectin containing 5-12% of metal and 6-10% of water.
An oral insulin preparation for specific delivery in colon, which comprises insulin, an absorption promoter, a stabilizer, and a specific capsule shell, wherein the specific capsule shell contains calcium pectinate containing 5-12% of calcium and 6-10% of water by weight.
A capsule shell for specific delivery of insulin in colon, characterized in that the capsule shell contains calcium pectinate containing 5-12% of calcium and 6-10% of water.
