An isolated polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:
- 1-55, or the mature protein coding portion thereof, the active domain thereof, or the complement thereof.
An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid selected from the group consisting of any one of the polypeptides from the Sequence Listing, the mature protein portion thereof, or the active domain thereof.
A collection of polynucleotides, wherein the collection comprising the sequence information of at least one of SEQ ID NO:
- 1-55.
