Abstract
A kitchen lid storage sack fabricated from series of fabric panels folded back upon itself in a U-shape forming a plurality of open mouth pockets, a rigid tube positioned in a pocket across the top of the sack comprising a sliding support for the sack positioned between a kitchen wall and the adjacent refrigerator wall. The sack is being supported by a stationary bar attached to the wall restricting the space between the wall and the refrigerator thereby permitting the sack to be freely moved horizontally in and out from between the wall for removal and insertion of pot lids in the plurality of pockets.
Claims7
A pot lid storage sack having a length and width along with top and bottom edge for storage in a space between a wall and adjacent refrigerator comprising:
- a series of fabric panels folded back upon itself in a U-shape forming a plurality of open-top pockets, one above the other, and one behind the other;
- a rigid object having a length approximate the width of sack;
- a horizontal pocket along the top edge of the sack for receipt of said rigid object comprising a sliding support for said sack;
- a stationary horizontal bar attached to the wall between the adjacent wall and the refrigerator blocking the vertical passage of said sack whereby the sack is free to move horizontally out from between the wall and the refrigerator for removal and insertion of pot lids in the plurality of pockets.
A pot lid storage sack having sides and, a top and bottom edge comprising:
- a series of fabric panels folded back upon itself at least three times in a U-shape form and sewed along each side forming a plurality of open-top pockets, one above the other and one behind the other;
- a vertical slot in the center of the sack between the top and bottom edges opening through at least one of said fabric panels forming the mouth of one of said pockets.
A fabric lid storage sack having top, bottom, and sides thereon comprising:
- a series of fabric panels folded back upon itself in a U-shape forming a plurality of open mouth pockets opening on the bottom of said sack, the outer panel having a flap extending over said open mouth with its sides stitched to the sides of the sack forming a closure of said pockets.
