Abstract
A turning data generation unit (23), a drilling data generation unit (25) and the like are provided to generate machining data corresponding to machining forms generated by a machining form generation unit (21) in consideration of the features of the machining forms, and a machining program is generated to remove a machining form from a material form on the basis of the machining data.

A numerical control programming device, comprising:
- form generation means for generating a machining form by subtracting a part form from a material form;
- machining data generation means for generating machining data corresponding to said machining form in consideration of the features of said machining form generated by said form generation means;
- and
- program generation means for generating a machining program to remove said machining form from said material form on the basis of said machining data generated by said machining data generation means.

- material form generation means for generating a material from by a machining program;
- contour generation means for generating a contour by said machining program;
- machining removal form generation means for generating a machining removal form from said contour generated by said contour generation means;
- and
- part form generation means for generating a part form by subtracting said machining removal form generated by said machining removal form generation means from said material form generated by said material form generation means.
