Triazole-derived kinase inhibitors and uses thereof

A compound of formula I:

• Ht is a heterocyclic ring selected from pyrrol-3-yl, [1,2,4]triazol-3-yl, [1,2,3]triazol-4-yl, or tetrazol-5-yl, said pyrrol-3-yl having R3 and Qn-R4 substituents, and said [1,2,4]triazol-3-yl or [1,2,3]triazol-4-yl substituted by either R3 or Qn-R4;
• T and Q are each independently selected from —C(R7)2—, —C(O)—, —C(O)C(O)—, —C(O)NR7—, —C(O)NR7NR7—, —CO2—, —OC(O)—, —NR7CO2—, —O—, —NR7C(O)NR7—, —OC(O)NR7—, —NR7NR7—, —NR7C(O)—, —S—, —SO—, —SO2—, —NR7—, —SO2NR7—, or —NR7SO2—, —NR7SO2NR7—;
• m and n are each independently selected from zero or one;
• R2 is selected from hydrogen, CN, halogen, R, N(R7)2, OR, or OH;
• each R3 is independently selected from R7, F, Cl, —(CH2)yN(R7)2, —N(R7)2, —OR7, —SR7, —NR7C(O)R7, —NR7C(O)N(R7)2, —C(O)N(R7)2, —SO2R7, —NR7SO2R7, —C(O)R7, —C(O)OR7, CN or —SO2N(R7)2;
• R4 is selected from —(CH2)yR6, —(CH2)yCH(R6)2, —(CH2)yCH(R8)CH(R6)2, —N(R5)2, —NR5(CH2)yN(R5)2;
• each R is independently selected from an optionally substituted group selected from C1-6 aliphatic, C6-10 aryl, heteroaryl having 5-10 ring atoms, and heterocyclyl having 3-10 ring atoms;
• each R5 is independently selected from R, —R7, —C(O)R7, —CO2R, —C(O)N(R7)2, —SO2R7, —(CH2)yR6, or —(CH2)yCH(R6)2;
• y is 0-6;
• each R6 is independently selected from R, —(CH2)yR, —OR, —CO2R, —(CH2)yN(R7)2, —N(R7)2, —OR7, —SR7, —NR7C(O)R7, —NR7C(O)N(R7)2, —C(O)N(R7)2, —SO2R7, —NR7SO2R7, —C(O)R7, —CN, —SO2N(R7)2;
• each R7 is independently selected from hydrogen or an optionally substituted C1-6 aliphatic group, or two R7 on the same nitrogen are taken together with the nitrogen to form a 5-8 membered ring heterocyclyl or heteroaryl ring;
• each R8 is independently selected from R, —(CH2)wOR7, —(CH2)wN(R5)2, or —(CH2)wSR7;
• each w is independently 0-4;
• provided that when Ht is tetrazol-5-yl, and m is 0, R2 is other than H or an unsubstituted phenyl;
• when m is 0 and R2, R3 and Qn-R4 are all H, Ht is other than [1,2,3]triazole;
• and when Tm-R2 and Qn-R4 are both C(O)OH, Ht is other than [1,2,3]triazol-5-yl.
