Bonded member comprising different materials and production method thereof

A different materials bonded member comprising a ceramic base material and a metal member which are solid-phase bonded via a soldering material, wherein a metallized layer is formed on a surface of the ceramic base material with a paste or by a vapor phase process, the soldering material comprising Au is placed on the metallized layer, the Au soldering material is then either heated and molten or pressurized and heated without being molten so as to be solid-phase bonded, thereby forming a precoat layer, the metal member is then placed on the surface of the precoat layer via a barrier layer, and the precoat layer and the metal member are pressurized and heated so as to be solid-phase bonded.

A different materials bonded member comprising a ceramic base material and a metal member which are solid-phase bonded via a soldering material, wherein an active metal is placed on a surface of the ceramic base material, the soldering material comprising Au is placed on the active metal, the active metal and the soldering material are heated to form a precoat layer, the metal member comprising Cr or an alloy composed essentially of Cr is placed on the precoat layer, and the precoat layer and the metal member are pressurized and heated so as to be solid-phase bonded.

A different materials bonded member comprising a ceramic base material and a metal member which are solid-phase bonded via a soldering material, wherein a metallized layer is formed on a surface of the ceramic base material with a paste or by a vapor phase process, the soldering material comprising Au is placed on the metallized layer, the Au soldering material is then either heated and molten or pressurized without melting so as to be solid-phase bonded, thereby forming a precoat layer, the metal member comprising Cr or an alloy composed essentially of Cr is placed on the precoat layer, and the precoat layer and the metal member are pressurized and heated so as to be solid-phase bonded.

A method for producing a different materials bonded member comprising a ceramic base material and a metal member which are solid-phase bonded via a soldering material, the method comprising the steps of:

• placing an active metal on a surface of the ceramic base material, placing the soldering material comprising Au on the active metal, heating the active metal and the soldering material so as to form a precoat layer,
• placing a metal member comprising Cr or an alloy composed essentially of Cr on the precoat layer, and
• pressurizing and heating the precoat layer and the metal member so as to solid-phase bond them to each other.
