The invention relates to a dispensing device and a method for dispensing liquids, preferably reagents, in an essentially automated and finely dosed manner. The dispensing device comprises a first duct that is connected to a storage element for storing the liquid to be dispensed. In addition, a conveying element for conveying the liquid through the fist duct is provided, whereby said liquid has to be dispensed. Liquid is sucked from the storage element and is conveyed into the first duct by means of the conveying element. Moreover, the dispensing device is provided with a closing device that is arranged downstream in the conveying direction of the liquid in relation to the conveying element and serves for quickly closing and quickly opening the first duct. The aim of the invention is to regulate the pressure of the liquid in the region between the conveying element and the closing device. A device for regulating the pressure of the liquid in said region is provided. Liquids can be very exactly and repeatedly dispensed in short time intervals by means of the inventive device and the inventive method. In another embodiment of the invention, a dispensing element is provided for evenly dividing the liquid stream into partial streams.
Dispenser for the substantially automated and finely metered dispensing of liquids, preferably reagents, having
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the conveying element is a pump, preferably a diaphragm pump.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the conveying element.is connected to the storage element by means of a second line.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the closure device is a solenoid.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the device for regulating the pressure of the liquid in the first line comprises a third line which branches off the first line, as well as a pressure valve for opening and closing the third line, and the third line opens into the storage element and/or the second line in front of the conveying element in the direction of travel.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims wherein the pressure of the liquid in the region between the conveying element and the closure device is regulated, by means of the device for regulating the pressure, so as not to exceed a threshold value.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a dispensing element with at least one inlet opening and at least one outlet opening is provided on the end of the first line downstream of the conveying element.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the direction of conveying of the conveying element is reversible.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the opening and closing cycle of the rapid closing device can be controlled by a microprocessor.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the first line and/or the second line and/or the third line is/are made from a plastic which is easily bendable.
Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein one or more collecting containers into which the metered liquid is dispensed is or are provided at the outlet from the first line and/or the dispensing element.
Dispensing element, particularly for use in a dispenser according to one of the preceding claims,
Dispensing element according to one of claims 21 to 29, wherein the transverse channels are connected by additional flushing channels.
Process for the substantially automated, finely metered dispensing of liquids, preferably reagents, comprising the following steps:
Dispensing element, particularly for use in a dispenser according to one of the preceding claims,
