Abstract
A reclosable container (1), particularly for fluid products, comprises a hollow body (2) for containing the product which has, in a n upward region, a neck (4) provided with a dispensing opening (5) and closure means (3) constituted by a grip portion (6) which supports a closure (7) for the opening, the closing means (7) being rigidly coupled to the grip portion (6), and by at least one annular band (8) which is substantially coaxial to the closure (7) and is fixed to the grip portion (6) along preset-fracture regions (9) formed on its outer surface and is fitted so as to adhere to the neck (4).

A reclosable container, particularly for fluid products, of the type that comprises a hollow body (2) for containing the product which has, in an upward region, a neck (4) provided with a dispensing opening (5) and closure means (3) constituted by a grip portion (6) which supports closing means (7) for closing said opening (5), said closing means (7) being rigidly coupled to said grip portion (6), characterized in that said closure means (3) comprise at least one annular band (8) which is substantially coaxial to said closing means (7) and is fixed to said grip portion (6) along preset-fracture regions (9) formed on its outer surface and is fitted so as to adhere to said neck (4).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises at least one longitudinal ridge (23) which is formed on said neck (4) proximate to said dispensing opening (5) and can be inserted in a corresponding groove (24) forming a seat in said band (8), the coupling between said at least one ridge (23) and said seat (24) being suitable to prevent the rotation of said band (8) with respect to said neck (4).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises two said longitudinal ridges (23) which are formed, so as to protrude and be mutually diametrically opposite, on the upper portion (12) of the neck (4) and can be inserted in two said corresponding grooves (24) which are formed in said band (8) so as to be diametrically mutually opposite.
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means (15) for the interlocking coupling of said band (8) with said neck (4).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said interlocking coupling means is constituted by a plurality of protrusions (15) which are formed at said lower end (14) of the band (8) and can be inserted in corresponding counter-shaped recesses (16) formed in said annular seat (13).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said interlocking coupling means are constituted by a plurality of protrusions (15), formed at said annular seat (13), which can be inserted in corresponding complementarily shaped recesses formed in said lower end (14) of the band (8).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said band (8) is sealed to said neck (4).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said band (8) is glued to said neck (4).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said preset-fracture regions (9) are constituted by at least two breakable bridges (17) which are arranged substantially mutually opposite and connect said grip portion (6) to the outer surface of said annular band (8).
The container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said closure means (3) are constituted by a substantially cylindrical plug (7) which can be inserted hermetically in said opening (5).
