Abstract
A pneumatic tire having a puncture preventive layer formed by windingly sticking a tube having seal material wrapped therein to the tire inner surface circumferentially of the tire and continuously and spirally with its side surfaces closely contacted each other: or a pneumatic tire having a puncture preventive layer formed by sticking micro balloons having seal material wrapped therein to the tire inner surface with their sides closely contacted with each other.
Claims11
A pneumatic tire, having a puncture preventive layer formed by windingly sticking a tube having seal material wrapped therein to the tire inner surface circumferentially of the tire and continuously and spirally with its method of manufacturing closely contacted with each other.
A pneumatic tire, having a puncture preventive layer formed by sticking micro balloons having seal material wrapped therein to the tire inner surface with their sides closely contacted with each other.
The pneumatic tire of any one of claim to 7, wherein the thickness of said puncture preventive layer is 3 to 6 mm.
A method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire, comprising steps of forming a lining layer by windingly sticking a tube having seal material wrapped therein, on the tire inner surface of an unvulcanized tire, in the circumferential direction of the tire and continuously and spirally to closely contact with its side surfaces each other and, thereafter, forming said lining layer into a puncture prevention layer by vulcanizing the unvulcanized tire.
A method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire, comprising steps of forming a lining layer by sticking micro balloons having seal material wrapped therein to contact closely with its side surfaces each other and, thereafter, forming said lining layer into a puncture prevention layer by curing the unvulcanized tire.
A method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire, comprising steps of applying an adhesive on the tire inner surface of a cured tire, and forming a puncture prevention layer by spraying micro balloons having seal material wrapped therein on the tire inner surface to closely contact with their side faces each other.
