Abstract
An ink set and a recording method are provided according to which light-fastness is good, and color reproducibility, clogging properties and other properties are satisfied, by using an ink set comprising inks each of which contains at least a dye, a water-soluble organic solvent and water, the ink set comprising a combination of magenta ink that contains a specific dye, yellow ink and cyan ink.
