Abstract
A new cultivar of Dianthus named ‘Devon Siskin’ that is characterized by fragrant red-purple flowers with a distinctive pattern, a compact mounding habit and a long flowering season. In combination these traits set ‘Devon Siskin’ apart from all other existing varieties of Dianthus known to the inventor.
