Abstract

The present invention provides an oil preparation comprising a high lipophilic medicament such as a compound of the formula (I): 1 wherein the ring A, ring B and ring C are each independently optionally substituted aromatic carbocycle, optionally substituted heterocycle or the like, W1, W2 and/or W3 represents a single bond when the ring A, ring B and/or ring C is optionally substituted 5-membered heterocycle, X is a single bond, —O—, —CH2—, —NH— or the like, Y is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl or the like or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof as an active ingredient, (i) a medium-chain triglyceride and/or a propylene glycol medium-chain fatty acid ester, (ii) a long-chain triglyceride and (iii) a surfactant.
