Abstract
The present invention provides methods and compositions for detecting, diagnosing, prognosing and monitoring the progress of BGP-related cancers and malignancies and kits for use in said methods. Further provided are methods for screening to identify agonists and antagonists of cancer antigens associated with BGP-related cancers and malignancies.

A composition comprising a polynucleotide encoding at least one immunogenic ligand, wherein said immunogenic ligand is individually characterized by an ability to elicit an immune response against the same native ligand, and wherein said immunogenic ligand is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs.:
- 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9.
A host cell comprising a polynucleotide encoding at least one immunogenic ligand, wherein said immunogenic ligand is individually characterized by an ability to elicit an immune response against the same native ligand, and wherein said immunogenic ligand is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs.:2, 3, 5, 7, and 9.
