Abstract
A cosmetic composition for treating human keratin fibres, such as hair, comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium: (i) at least one reducing agent, and (ii) at least one particular aminosilicone. The compositions can be used for bleaching and permanently reshaping human keratin fibres. Processes and devices for bleaching or permanently reshaping human keratin fibres using the composition.
Claims49
A cosmetic composition for treating keratin fibres comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium:
- (i) at least one reducing agent, and
- (ii) at least one aminosilicone chosen from formulae (I) and (II):

- m and n are numbers with a sum (n+m) ranging from 1 to 1000,
- n is a number ranging from 0 to 999, and m is a number ranging from 1 to 1000;
- and
- R1, R2 and R3, which may be identical or different, are chosen from a hydroxyl radical and C1-C4 alkoxy radicals, at least one of the radicals R1 to R3 being an alkoxy radical;
- and

- wherein:
- p and q are numbers with a sum (p+q) ranging from 1 to 1000,
- p is a number ranging from 0 to 999 and q is a number ranging from 1 to 1000;
- and
- R1 and R2, which are different, are chosen from a hydroxyl radical and C1-C4 alkoxy radicals, at least one of the radicals R1 and R2 being an alkoxy radical.
A process for preparing a composition for treating keratin fibres comprising at least one aminosilicone chosen from formulae (I) and (II):

- m and n are numbers with a sum (n+m) ranging from 1 to 1000,
- n is a number ranging from 0 to 999, and is a number from 1 to 1000;
- and
- R1, R2 and R3, which may be identical or different, are chosen from a hydroxyl radical and C1-C4 alkoxy radicals, at least one of the radicals R1 to R3 being an alkoxy radical;
- and

- wherein:
- p and q are numbers with a sum (p+q) ranging from 1 to 1000,
- p is a number ranging from 0 to 999 and q is a number ranging from 1 to 1000;
- and
- R1 and R2, which are different, are chosen from a hydroxyl radical and C1-C4 alkoxy radicals, at least one of the radicals R1 and R2 being an alkoxy radical,
- said process comprising combining extemporaneously, at the time of use, an anhydrous composition comprising at least one reducing agent with at least one aqueous composition, wherein at least one of the anhydrous or aqueous compositions comprises said at least one aminosilicone.
A process for bleaching or permanently reshaping human keratin fibres, comprising:
- (a) applying to the fibres a ready-to-use composition comprising, in a medium suitable for bleaching, at least one reducing agent and at least one aminosilicone chosen from formulae (I) and (II):

- m and n are numbers with a sum (n+m) ranging from 1 to 1000;
- n is a number ranging from 0 to 999 and m is a number from 1 to 1000;
- and
- R1, R2 and R3, which may be identical or different, are chosen from a hydroxyl radical and C1-C4 alkoxy radicals, at least one of the radicals R1 to R3 being an alkoxy radical;
- and

- wherein:
- p and q are numbers with a sum (p+q) ranging from 1 to 1000,
- p is a number ranging from 0 to 999 and q is a number ranging from 1 to 1000;
- and
- R1 and R2, which are different, are chosen from a hydroxyl radical and C1-C4 alkoxy radicals, at least one of the radicals R1 and R2 being an alkoxy radical;
- (b) leaving said composition to act for an action time ranging from 1 to 60 minutes, optionally rinsing the fibres, optionally washing the fibres with a shampoo, optionally rinsing again, and optionally drying the fibre.
A multi-compartment device or kit for bleaching or permanently reshaping human keratin fibres, comprising multiple compartments wherein a first compartment comprises at least one powder or at least one aqueous composition, and a second compartment comprises at least one aqueous composition, wherein at least one of the first or second compartments comprises at least one reducing agent, and wherein at least one of the first or second compartments further comprises at least one aminosilicone chosen from formulae (I) and (II):
