Abstract
A printer driver has an image coupling engine that prepares a coupled image by adding a message image to an original image. The coupled image may be printed immediately after the original image is printed, or may be stored in a predetermined file and printed as needed. The original image is printed as an original and the coupled image is printed as a copy. The original and the copy can be easily distinguished because the message image is added to the copy.

A printer driver used for a host computer, the printer driver comprising:
- reception means for receiving an original data;
- storage means for storing a message data;
- and
- coupling means for coupling the original data with the message data to prepare a coupled data.
