Abstract
A device for recording the fill level of a liquid inside a container in which an elongated, flexible tubular electrical contact element is arranged, one end area of which is provided with connections at which an electrical signal can be measured. Electrically conductive coatings are disposed on the inner surface of the contact element and facing towards one another, which coatings may be brought into contact with one another by means of a contact producing acquisition element which is disposed on the outside and is movable relative to the flexible contact element.
Claims14
A device for recording the fill level (23) of a liquid inside a container (21) comprising an elongated, flexible tubular electrical contact element (1) arranged in the container and having electrical connection (8, 9) at one end (7) thereof at which connection an electrical signal is measurable
- electrically conductive coatings (13, 14) disposed on the inner surface (3) of the contact element (1) and normally spaced from one another
- an acquisition element (4, 41) disposed on the outside (5) of the contact element (1), the acquisition element (4, 41) being movable along the contact element (1) in response to changes in the liquid level to bring the electrically conducting coatings into contact with one another.
