Abstract
The present invention relates to OPG fusion protein compositions, methods of preparation of such compositions and uses thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a fusion protein comprising an OPG polypeptide and an immunoglobulin FC region.
Claims20
A protein having a formula selected from the group consisting of:
- R1-R2, R2-R1, R1-L-R2 and R2-L-R1, wherein R1 is a Fc protein, or variant or fragment thereof, R2 is an OPG protein, or variant or fragment thereof, and L is a linker.
A fusion protein comprising the amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of the amino acid sequences set forth in FIGS. 5, 6, 7 or 8 (SEQ ID NOS:
- ______, ______, ______, ______, respectively).
A nucleic acid sequence encoding for a protein having the formula selected from the group consisting of:
- R1-R2, R2-R1, R1-L-R2, and R2-L-R1 wherein R1 is a Fc protein, or variant or fragment thereof, R2 is an OPG protein, or variant or fragment thereof, and L is a linker.
A nucleic acid sequence encoding a fusion protein comprising the amino acid sequence selecting from the group consisting of:
- the amino acid sequences as set forth in FIGS. 5, 6, 7 or 8 (SEQ ID NOS:______, ______, ______, ______, respectively).
