Abstract
The invention concerns an air box (1) in a regenerative thermal oxidiser comprising one or several beds (3) of a heat-storing and heat-transferring material. The air box (1) is connected with a gas inlet/outlet (2) and comprises a gas permeable surface (9) that is turned towards one of said beds (3). The air box (1) is further characterised in that distribution means (4) are provided in said air box (1).
Claims7
An air box (1) in a regenerative thermal oxidiser comprising one or several beds (3) of a heat-storing and heat-transferring material, said air box (1) being connected with a gas inlet/outlet (2) and comprising a gas permeable surface (9) that is turned towards one of said beds (3), characterised in that distribution means (4) are provided in said air box (1).
An air box (1) as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the plate-like member (4) at least partly possesses heat-radiation reflecting surface properties.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
