Medical evacuation patient support pallet

A pallet mountable in a compartment of a vehicle, comprising:

• a plurality of spaced apart track rails and a plurality of attachment points disposed on a surface of the pallet;
• a plurality of pallet lips disposed at intervals on at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet;
• a plurality of cargo rings disposed on the at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet, each cargo ring alternating with each pallet lip;
• and
• a pallet extension member attachable to at least one of the cargo rings on the at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet for increasing a surface area of the pallet.

A pallet mountable in a compartment of a vehicle, comprising:

• a plurality of spaced apart track rails and a plurality of attachment points disposed on a surface of the pallet;
• a plurality of pallet lips disposed at intervals on at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet;
• a plurality of cargo rings disposed on the at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet, each cargo ring alternating with each pallet lip;
• and
• a pallet spacer member attachable to one of the cargo rings on the at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet for spanning a gap between the pallet and an adjacent pallet.

A pallet mountable in a compartment of a vehicle, comprising:

• a plurality of spaced apart track rails and a plurality of attachment points disposed on a surface of the pallet;
• a plurality of pallet lips disposed at intervals on at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet;
• a plurality of cargo rings disposed on the at least one peripheral side wall of the pallet, each cargo ring alternating with each pallet lip;
• a pallet extension member attachable to the at least one peripheral side wall side of the pallet for increasing a surface area of the pallet;
• and
• a ramp member attachable to the pallet extension member to create a sloping surface between a floor of the vehicle and the surface of the pallet.
