Abstract
In a stator core having a plurality of teeth, which elongate in an inner radial direction and slots, which are configured among the teeth, powder is caused to adhere to the stator core, the powder adhering to an inner peripheral face of the stator core is removed, and the stator core is heated to melt and harden the powder.
Claims13
A stator core comprising:
- a plurality of teeth elongating in an inner radial direction thereof;
- and
- slots, which formed among the teeth,
- wherein powder is caused to adhere to the stator core,
- wherein the powder adhering to an inner peripheral face of the stator core is removed;
- and
- wherein the stator core is heated to melt and harden the powder.
A method of producing a stator core comprising a plurality of teeth elongating in an inner radial direction and slots formed among the teeth, the method comprising the steps of:
- causing powder to adhere to the stator core;
- removing the powder adhering to an inner peripheral face of the stator core;
- and
- heating the stator core to melt and harden the powder.
An apparatus for producing a stator core comprising a plurality of teeth elongating in an inner radial direction and slots formed among the teeth, the apparatus comprising:
- a roller placed parallel to an axial direction of the stator core and supporting an inner periphery of the stator core;
- a rotating member for rotating the roller to rotate the stator core;
- and
- a member for causing powder to adhere to the stator core.
