The invention relates to a motor vehicle door provided with a box-type door body (1), which is constructed of a door outer skin (1a) and of a door inner skin (1b), and provided with a large-surface cutout (10), which is located in the door inner skin (1b) and which can be covered by a wet-dry space partition (2) having a sealing element. The inventive motor vehicle door is also provided with a frame structure (3), which contains the window frame (30) and which is joined to the door body (1) via at least one binding part (31, 31′, 32), and is provided with a preferably encircling outer seal located between the vehicle door and the vehicle body. Said motor vehicle door is characterized by the provision of a wet-dry space partition (2) that at least partially overlaps the door rail (33) and the binding area (11b, 11ba, 11bb, 11bc, 12b), which is situated on the body, whereby the sealing element (20) of the wet-dry space partition (2) passes through the overlapping area. The motor vehicle door is also characterized by the provision of a sealing element (110′, 111′, 112′, 113′, 301′, 302′, 310′, 311′, 312′), which is placed between the frame structure (3) and the door body (1) and which extends at least from the outer contour of the sealing element (20) of the wet-dry space partition (2) up to the outer seal (4) of the vehicle door.
Motor vehicle door
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the seal mounted between the frame structure (3) and the door body (1) is prefitted on the fastening regions (11b, 11ba, 11bb, 11bc, 12b, 31, 31′, 32) of the frame structure (2) and/or on the door body (1).
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the fastening parts (31, 31′, 32) of the frame structure (3) lie at least in part inside the surface enclosed by the outer seal (4).
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the fastening part (31′) can be inserted in and connected to an outwardly opening angled socket (facing the A, B or C pillar) of the fastening region (11bc) on the door body side.
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the fastening part (31, 32) can be inserted in and connected to an inwardly open angled section (facing away from the A, B or C pillar) of the fastening region (11b, 11ba, 11bb, 12b) of the door inner skin (1b).
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that in particular the clearance between the sealing faces of the frame structure (3) and the door body (1) can be fixed by positioning means.
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the positioning means are integral in the sealing face of the door body and/or fastening part, e.g. in the form of ribs, dished indentations or the like.
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the clearance between the sealing faces (110, 111, 310, 301) of the frame structure (3) and door body (1) is less than the height of the non-compressed seal.
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the clearance between the sealing faces (110, 111, 310, 301) of the frame structure (3) and door body (1) is greater than the height of the non-compressed seal and that in order to achieve the sealing action clamping or fixing means are provided by means of which the spacing between the sealing faces (110, 111, 310, 301) can be sufficiently reduced.
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the clearance between the sealing faces (110, 111, 310, 301) of the frame structure (3) and door body (1) is filled up by an inflatable seal.
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the frame structure (3) has two fastening parts (31, 32).
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the two fastening parts (31, 32) run substantially parallel and in the vertical direction.
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the frame structure (3) and the wet/dry space partition (2) formed as a door module form a prefitted unit which supports a door lock (23) and that the fastening part (32) remote from the door lock (23) and the associated socket area in the door body have no projections or the like which could impede swivelling the bending part (32) into the ideal assembly position (in the Y-direction).
Motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the door body (1), the frame structure (3) and/or the wet/dry space partition (2) have a reference point system (RPS) for prefitting.
Method for assembling a motor vehicle door according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the frame structure (3) is first threaded with the add-on parts (e.g. lock, window lifter) which project over the contour of the cut-out section (10) in the door inner skin (1b) into the hollow space of the door body (1), then one of the two fastening parts (31) is inserted in the associated fastening region (11b, 12b) on the body side, and now the second add-on part (32) is swivelled into the associated other fastening region on the body side and then the fixing means are actuated.
