Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Nemesia plant named ‘Pencand’ that is characterized by a trailing, compact habit, dense upright spikes of fragrant purple-pink flowers and light green leaves. In combination these characteristics set ‘Pencand’ apart from all other existing varieties of Nemesia known to the inventor.
