Abstract
When, for example, an acceptance processing unit 151 among acceptance processing units 151 to 15N performs acceptance processing of a reservation request, whether or not there is availability in a resource of a video chat device 23 which is assigned to the acceptance processing unit 151 is checked, and if there is availability in the resource, the use of the resource is reserved.
Claims9
A chat management system comprising:
- a plurality of accepting means for, when receiving a reservation request for a video chat from a user terminal, performing acceptance processing of the reservation request;
- a reservation means for, when one of the plurality of accepting means performs acceptance processing of the reservation request, if there is availability in the resource of a video chat device which is assigned to the accepting means, making a reservation for the use of the resource;
- and
- a control means for controlling execution of the video chat device according to details of the reservation made by the reservation means.
