Abstract
In certain embodiments, the invention is directed to a method of obtaining infringement evidence comprising broadcasting a description of intellectual property over a communications medium and offering an incentive to a party who submits evidence regarding infringement of the intellectual property. In preferred embodiments, the communications medium is a website and the intellectual property is a trademark. Also disclosed are methods of obtaining invalidation evidence.
