Abstract
The invention pertains to a diagnostic device for a fluidic device (11,12,23), in particular for a valve array and or a maintenance unit. Furthermore, the invention pertains to a fluidic device (11,12,23) equipped with said diagnostic device. The diagnostic device preferably can be locally attached to the fluidic device (11,12,23). It features diagnostic means (34) to determine at least one wear parameter (38b-40b,44) causing wear on the fluidic device (11,12,23) and for reporting of at least one wear status ascertained on the basis of the at least one wear parameter (38b-40b,44).
Claims17
Diagnostic device for a fluidic device (11,12), in particular for a valve array (23), a fluidic actuator (12) or a maintenance unit, which features diagnostic means (34) to determine at least one wear parameter (38b-40b,44) causing wear on the fluidic device (11,12,23) and for reporting of at least one wear status ascertained on the basis of the at least one wear parameter (38b-40b,44).
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it can be attached to or positioned locally at the fluidic device (11,12,23).
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is configured to control and/or to monitor the fluidic device (11,12,23).
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the diagnostic device (34) is configured to ascertain and/or to report at least one interference parameter signaling a disruption of the fluidic device (11,12,23).
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it contains output means (36,37) for the optical and/or acoustical output of the at least one wear status and/or that such output means (36,37) are provided for it.
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the diagnostic means (34) is configured to indicate the need for at least one replacement part suitable for maintenance of the fluidic device (11,12,23), in particular in the reporting of the at least one wear status.
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the diagnostic features (34) are designed for sending the message along a communications net (24) to a display unit located at a distance from the fluidic device (11,12,23), in particular to an alerting device (46) for maintenance personnel, and/or to a higher-order control unit (25) to control the fluidic device (11,12,23) and/or to at least one, in particular to one neighboring fluidic device (11,12,23) which is cooperating with the fluidic device (11,12,23).
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is designed to execute an emergency program by which additional wear will be kept to a minimum during additional operation of the fluidic device (11,12,23).
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the values defining the at least one wear status and/or the at least one wear parameter (38b-40b,44) are parameterized by the diagnostic device.
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it forms a constituent of the fluidic device (11,12,23).
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is designed as an integrated monochip microprocessor device whose components form constituents of a single electronic element.
Diagnostic device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it contains program code which can be executed by a processor unit, in particular a control unit to control and/or monitor the fluidic device (11,12,23).
Fluidic device, in particular a valve array and/or maintenance unit, with a diagnostic system according to one of the preceding claims.
