Pharmaceutical compositions of modafinil compounds, including pharmaceutical, non-aqueous compositions of modafinil compounds in organic solvents and pharmaceutical compositions of a modafinil compound in solid dispersions, are disclosed, along with their use in the treatment of diseases.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a solid dispersion of a modafinil compound.
A method of treating a disease or disorder in a subject, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising a solid dispersion of a modafinil compound to a subject in need thereof.
