Abstract
The use of [R-(Z)]-α-(methoxyimino)-α-(1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)acetonitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the treatment of psychosis or other neuropsychiatric symptoms.

A method for the treatment of psychosis or other neuropsychiatric symptoms comprising administering to the patient an effective, non-toxic amount of of [R-(Z)]-α-(methoxyimino)-α-(1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)acetonitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method for the treatment of psychosis or other neuropsychiatric symptoms in patients with Alzheimer's Disease with severe behavioural disturbance comprising administering to the patient an effective, non-toxic amount of of [R-(Z)]-(α-(methoxyimino)-α-(1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)acetonitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
