Abstract
A method for storing MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service)-related information, related method for accessing MMS-related information, related storage medium, related apparatus and related software programs, wherein the information is stored on at least one storage medium connected to a mobile communication apparatus which supports MMS services or a device connected to such a mobile communication apparatus, with the at least one storage medium being disconnectable from the apparatus or the device.

A method for storing MMS-related information, the method comprising the steps of:
- storing the MMS-related information on at least one storage medium connected to a first apparatus, the first apparatus being one of a mobile communication apparatus which supports MMS services and a device connected to the mobile communication apparatus;
- and
- enabling the at least one storage medium disconnectable from the first apparatus.
A storage medium for storing MMS-related information, comprising:
- parts for connecting the storage medium to an apparatus which processes the MMS-related information;
- and
- parts enabling the storage medium disconnectable from the apparatus.
An apparatus which supports MMS services, comprising:
- a storage medium for storing MMS-related information;
- parts for processing the MMS-related information;
- and
- parts for connecting and disconnecting to and from the storage medium.
A software program which may be loaded and run on an apparatus which supports MMS services, the program comprising program steps for effecting a method which includes the steps of storing MMS-related information on at least one storage medium connected to the apparatus, accessing the MMS-related information via the apparatus, and processing the MMS-related information via the apparatus, wherein the at least one storage medium is disconnectable from the apparatus.
