Abstract
A peptide for detecting amine, and a method and apparatus for detecting amines using the peptide. The method comprises the application of a sensor to examine a sample, wherein the sensor is coated with the peptide. The result collected from the sensor is compared with a database to determine the amount of amine presenting in the sample.
Claims14
A peptide, comprising SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, or SEQ ID NO:3.
An amine examination method using a peptide having SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:
- 2, or SEQ ID NO:3, and the amine is a compound with a NR3 group, wherein R is an alkyl group or an aryl group;
- the method comprising the following steps:
- providing a sensory device coated with the peptide;
- allowing the sensor to contact with a sample to generate a signal;
- processing The result;
- and
- comparing The result with a database.
An amine examining apparatus comprising a sensory device, a peptide coated on the sensory device, a signal process device coupled to the sensory device, wherein the peptide has SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, or SEQ ID NO:3.
