Abstract
A health supplement composition is disclosed. The health supplement composition contains a solid health supplement material that is separated from a soy molasses material. The solid health supplement material contains at least two isoflavones where one of the isoflavones is either glycitein or glycitin.

A health supplement composition comprising a solid material separated from a soy molasses material wherein said solid material contains at least two isoflavones, where at least one of said isoflavones in said solid material is glycitein, and wherein said solid material is a health supplement.
