Abstract
Disclosed is a method and composition for treating tumors or infectious diseases, wherein the composition comprises an agonist anti-CD40 antibody or a fragment thereof. The anti-CD40 antibody molecules include fragments like Fab, (Fab′)2 and Fv. The composition can also include an agonistic anti-4-1BB antibody or fragment thereof.
Claims10
A compound comprising an agonist anti-4-1BB antibody, or fragment thereof which stimulates the 4-1BB receptor.
A composition comprising an agonistic anti-4-1BB antibody, or fragment thereof which stimulates the 4-1BB receptor, and as an agonistic anti-CD40 antibody, or fragment thereof which stimulates the CD40 receptor.
A compound comprising an agonist anti-CD40 antibody, or fragment thereof which stimulates the CD40 receptor, wherein said compound induces systemic T cell immunity against a tumor or tumor cells.
A compound comprising an agonist anti-CD40 antibody, or fragment thereof which stimulates the CD40 receptor, wherein said compound induces systemic T cell immunity against an infectious agent.
A composition comprising an agonistic anti-CD40 antibody, or fragment thereof, which stimulates the CD40 receptor, and an agonistic anti-4-1BB antibody, or fragment thereof which stimulates the 4-1BB receptor, wherein said composition induces systemic T cell immunity against a tumor or tumor cells.
A composition comprising an agonistic anti-CD40 antibody, or fragment thereof, which stimulates the CD40 receptor, and an agonistic anti-4-1BB antibody, or fragment thereof which stimulates the 4-1BB receptor, wherein said composition induces systemic T cell immunity against an infectious agent.
