A non-volatile semiconductor storage device comprising:
- a boost circuit for setting, for at least a certain period of time, a source line selectively connected to a memory cell to a negative potential, when reading out data from said memory cell.
A non-volatile semiconductor storage device comprising a core part provided with a memory cell array and a reference circuit part, wherein
- said core part comprises a first boost circuit for setting, for at least a certain period of time, a first source line selectively connected to a memory cell within said memory cell array to a negative potential, when reading out data from said memory cell;
- said reference circuit part comprises a second boost circuit for setting, for at least a certain period of time, a second source line to a negative potential, when reading out data from the memory cell within said memory cell array;
- and
- said core part further comprises a sense amplifier for comparing the potential of said first source line and the potential of said second source line.
A method of reading out data from a memory cell of a non-volatile semiconductor storage device;
- wherein said method comprises a step of setting, for at least a certain period of time, a source line selectively connected to the memory cell to a negative potential, when reading out data from the memory cell.
