Abstract
An apparatus (1) for working a glass plate includes: a glass-plate working section (4) for working a glass plate (2) whose upper surface (3) is coated; and transporting means (6) for carrying into the glass-plate working section (4) the glass plate (2) to be worked and carrying it out from the glass-plate working section (4) after working, by imparting to a lower surface (5) thereof a moving force in an X direction parallel to the upper surface (3) and the lower surface (5) of the glass plate (2).

A method of working a glass plate, comprising the steps of:
- carrying a glass plate to be worked, into a glass-plate working section for working the glass plate, by imparting a moving force in one direction to a lower surface thereof;
- and
- carrying out the glass plate from said glass-plate working section after working.
An apparatus for working a glass plate, comprising:
- a glass-plate working section for working a glass plate;
- and
- transporting means for carrying into said glass-plate working section the glass plate to be worked by imparting a moving force in one direction to a lower surface thereof, and for carrying out the glass plate from said glass-plate working section after working.
