Abstract
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a self-refrigerating drinks package, characterised in that it includes a step consisting in assembling refrigeration means inside the package, said refrigeration means being composed of a cavity containing a refrigerating liquid able to evaporate under the effect of a negative pressure, means of connecting said cavity to external pumping means by adsorption being provided in the package, partial pressure of the non-adsorbable gases in the internal cavity being maintained below 3 millibar.
Claims16
A method for manufacturing a self-refrigerating drinks package, characterised in that it includes a step consisting in assembling refrigeration means (2) inside a package (10), the said refrigeration means being composed of a cavity (2) containing a refrigerating liquid (L) able to evaporate under the effect of a negative pressure, means (6) of connecting the said cavity (2) to external pumping means (50) by adsorption being provided in the package (10), the partial pressure of the non-adsorbable gases in the internal cavity (2) being maintained below 3 millibar.
A manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the refrigerating liquid (L) partially fills the internal cavity (2).
A manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the refrigerating liquid (L) was degassed prior to its introduction into the internal cavity (2).
A manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the step of assembling the internal cavity (2) inside the package (10) is carried out with the cavity (2) containing the frozen refrigerating liquid (L).
A manufacturing method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connection means (5) consist of a conical structure (52, 53, 55) closing off the cavity (2) and including a seal-removal recess.
