Tubular, endless body, adapted to be introduced into, advanced along, and retracted from a duct, particularly of the human body, which comprises, when distended by inner fluid pressure, an outer surface, an inner channel (14), and rounded toroidal ends (15,16-22,24) connecting the said outer surface to the surface of said inner channel, characterized in that it comprises portions (11,12) of different diameter when in distended condition.
Device for sensing any obstacle to the progress of a tubular, endless body into a duct, characterized in that it comprises means for sensing an increase of pressure within the sheath.
