A therapeutic agent for cancer-associated neuropathy and AZOOR or related diseases thereof, which contains, as an active ingredient, a calcium antagonist, particularly a dihydropyridine compound represented by the general formula (I): 1 wherein R1 represents nitrophenyl, and R2, R3 and R4 each represents a lower alkyl group, or a salt thereof.
