A composition comprising a chromene cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof and acetaminophen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof.
A method for the treatment or prevention of inflammation, an inflammation-mediated disorder or pain in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a chromene cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof and acetaminophen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof.
