Abstract of Disclosure A combination tool for machining a bore has a tool shaft transmitting a rotational movement and an oscillating movement in an axial direction of a bore to be machined with the tool. A horning tool is arranged on the tool shaft, and a deburring tool is arranged on the tool shaft at an axial spacing to the honing tool in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the tool shaft. The honing tool is configured to move for each honing stroke between a lower position and an upper position wherein a spacing between a lower edge of the honing tool and a lower edge of the deburring tool in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tool is greater than a spacing of the lower edge of the honing tool to a workpiece surface when the honing tool is in the lower position.
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
The combination tool according to claim 1, wherein the honing tool (2) is configured to move for each honing stroke (b) between a lower position (26) and an upper position (27) wherein a spacing (a) between a lower edge (6) of the honing tool (2) and a lower edge (7) of the deburring tool (3) in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tool shaft (9) is greater than a spacing (d) of the lower edge (6) of the honing tool (2) to a workpiece surface (25) when the honing tool (2) is in the lower position (26).
The combination tool according to claim 1, wherein the deburring tool (3) comprises individual deburring elements (8).
The combination tool according to claim 3, wherein the deburring elements (8) are brushes.
The combination tool according to claim 3, wherein the deburring elements (8) are sintered slats provided with bonded abrasive.
The combination tool according to claim 3, wherein the deburring elements (8) are cutting edges having a defined geometry.
The combination tool according to claim 3, wherein the deburring tool (3) comprises a deburring ring (10) on which the deburring elements (8) are arranged.
The combination tool according to claim 7, wherein the deburring ring (10) is movably supported in a radial direction of the tool shaft (9).
The combination tool according to claim 7, wherein the deburring tool (3) further comprises an intermediate ring (11) and first pins (14), wherein the deburring ring (10) is supported with the first pins (14) on the intermediate ring (11).
The combination tool according to claim 9, wherein the deburring tool (3) further comprises a fixed ring fixedly connected to the tool shaft (9) and second pins (13), wherein the intermediate ring (11) is supported by the second pins (13) on the fixed ring (12).
The combination tool according to claim 10, wherein two of the first pins (14) are provided which are spaced from one another by 180º about the longitudinal axis of the tool shaft (9).
The combination tool according to claim 10, wherein the intermediate ring (11) has cutouts (15) for receiving the first and second pins (13, 14).
The combination tool according to claim 12, wherein the cutouts are peripherally arranged grooves (15).
The combination tool according to claim 10, wherein the deburring ring (10) is movably supported in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tool shaft (9).
The combination tool according to claim 14, wherein the deburring ring (10) is springily supported.
The combination tool according to claim 15, wherein the deburring tool (3) comprises compression springs (16), wherein the deburring ring (10) is supported on the fixed ring (12) by the compression springs (16) extending through bores (28) provided in the intermediate ring (11).
The combination tool according to claim 16, wherein eight of the compression springs (16) are provided.
The combination tool according to claim 7, comprising a stop for the deburring ring (10), wherein the stop is provided on the tool shaft (9).
The combination tool according to claim 18, wherein the stop is a cone (19) arranged under the deburring ring (10) and tapering in a direction opposite to a taper of the deburring ring (10).
