Sensor device

A sensor device which detects a physical change amount or chemical change amount as an electrical signal, comprising:

• a sensor array including a plurality of sensors, the sensor array detecting the physical change amount or chemical change amount and outputting the electrical signal;
• a capacitor;
• a first discharging/charging circuit which is driven by a driving voltage based on the electrical signal of the sensor array to discharge/charge electric charges from/to the capacitor;
• a second discharging/charging circuit which charges/discharges the electric charges to/from the capacitor;
• a control circuit which controls the driving voltage on the basis of a potential at a node between the capacitor and the second discharging/charging circuit;
• and
• an output circuit which outputs a change in voltage occurring on the capacitor according to discharging/charging of the electric charges.

A sensor device which detects a physical change amount or chemical change amount, comprising:

• a sensor array including a plurality of sensors, the sensor array detecting the physical change amount or chemical change amount and outputting an electrical signal;
• a sense amplifier circuit which amplifies the electrical signal to generate an amplified electrical signal;
• a current transfer circuit configured to include a first stage and a second stage, and to transfer a first current appearing on the first stage on the basis of the amplified electric signal to the second stage as a second current;
• a current-to-voltage conversion circuit which converts the second current to a first voltage;
• a first discharging/charging circuit which includes a capacitor and a load first element connected to the capacitor, and discharges/charges electric charges from/to the capacitor through the first load element on the basis of the first voltage;
• a second discharging/charging circuit which charges/discharges the capacitor;
• a control circuit which controls the current-to-voltage conversion circuit on the basis of a potential at a node between the capacitor and the first discharging/charging circuit;
• and
• an output circuit which outputs a change in voltage occurring on the capacitor according to discharging/charging of the electric charges.
