An electronic anti-skid device for motor vehicles with hydrostatic transmission includes at least one sensor for the transmission of data permitting calculation of the output of the hydrostatic transmission, a steering angle detector and an electronic calculator which uses data from the sensor to calculate theoretical power output of the hydraulic motors of the driver wheels of the vehicles and, thus, the theoretical speed of the wheels. The electronic calculator is programmed to scan the detectors at very rapid intervals, for example, every ten milliseconds and to adjust, on each scan, hydraulic output from output regulators which have electrical controllers and are couple to each hydraulic motor of a driven wheel, in such a way as to limit the power form each regulator to a value marginally above the theoretical output, as determined by the calculator, for the motor of the wheel to which the power regulator is connected.
Electronic anti-skid device for vehicles with a hydrostatic transmission, consisting of a system for regulating the rotational speed of each of the driven wheels (Front-R, Front-L, Rear-R, Rear-L) of the vehicle, the system comprising output regulators (1, 2, 3, 4) for electronic control coupled to each hydraulic motor (M1, M2, M3, M4) of the driven wheel, an angle direction sensor (Pv), and an electronic computer that makes it possible to control the output regulators, characterized in that it consists of a DST sensor (output, flow direction, temperature) that constantly measures the output of the pump (Po) of the hydrostatic transmission and in that the electronic computer is programmed in order to:
