Abstract
An organic EL device is disclosed in which is placed a transparent water-capturing film comprising an easy-to-use organometallic compound illustrated by the chemical formula (1): 1 wherein, R1, R2 and R3 are selected from the group consisting of alkyl group, aryl group, cycloalkyl group, heterocyclic group and acyl group having one carbon atom and above, and M is a trivalent metallic atom.
