Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the panel (1) is thicker than the layer (2) made from a thermoplastic material and/or wherein the layer (2) consisting of a thermoplastic material is thicker than the further layer (3).

Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the layer consisting of a thermoplastic material is 0.1 to 2 mm thick.

Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the further layer (3) provides a synthetic resin.

Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein polyvinyl formals, polyvinyl butyrals, polyvinyl ethers, polyisobutene, copolymers such as terpolymers made from acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene (ABS), copolymers made from vinyl chloride and 2-ethylhexylacrylate, copolymers made from vinyl acetate and vinyl laurate, polymers based on tall-oil resin or mixtures of these polymers are used as the thermoplastic material with the addition of typical polymer softeners.

Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein polymers or copolymers with fillers, preferably light organic substances, are provided as the thermoplastic material.

Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the panel is made from wood, wood materials and/or synthetic material.

Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the thermoplastic material has been warmed, applied to the underside by coating or rolling and firmly attached in this manner.

Panel according to any one of the preceding claims producible by coating or rolling the thermoplastic material in a fluid state onto the underside of the flooring panel.
