A new and distinct Dahlia plant named ‘Dapadpor’ is provided.

A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia named Dapadpor substantially as herein shown and described, which:
- (a) exhibits an upright mounded habit,
- (b) forms deep orange flowers and
- (c) exhibits a vigorous growth habit.
